IMPORTANT YELLOW SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND RING, set with a cushion cut yellow sapphire of 19.23 ct. Flanked by diamonds on the top, bottom and shoulders, and accentuated by 4 onyx. Size. M. 12.9 grams. Accompanied by GCS London report No. 80268-80 stating that the 19.23 ct. yellow sapphire is natural, Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating.
