Suspending 2 pearl and diamond drops and a diamond and sapphire drop to the centre. W. 3.7 cm. L. 4.5 cm. 11 grams. With a fitted box. Accompanied by GCS london report No. 81309-20 stating that the 3.88 ct. blue sapphire is Natural, Ceylon origin, No indications of heating.
