CERTIFICATED SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND DRESS RING, in 18 ct. white gold. Set with a central octagonal cut sapphire of approx. 1.30 ct. Flanked with 3 baguette cut diamonds on each shoulder, totalling approx. 0.60 ct. Size M. 5.6 grams. Accompanied by GCS London report No. 81319-87 stating that the sapphire is natural, Basaltic deposit. No indications of heating.
