CERTIFICATED NATURAL SALTWATER PEARL AND DIAMOND HEART BROOCH, the brooch of heart design, set with 6 diamond trefoil clusters totalling approx. 1.80 ct., alternated with a pearl. The centre suspending a larger pearl and a pearl drop to the bottom. L. 3.4 cm. 5.5 grams. Accompanied by World Gemological Institute report No. WGI9624134503, stating that the pearls measure 3.52 - 4.51 mm. and are Natural, Saltwater.
