CERTIFICATED BURMA SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND CLUSTER RING, Set to the center with a large cushion cut blue sapphire of 7.23 ct. Surrounded with diamonds totalling approx. 1.80 ct. Size M 1/2. 6.5 grams. Accompanied by World Gemological Institute report No. WGI9624140904 stating that the 7.24 ct. blue sapphire is Natural, Burma origin, No indications of treatment.
