CERTIFICATED ANTIQUE SAPPHIRE DIAMOND AND PEARL PENDANT/BROOCH, of openwork scrolling design, set with a central cushion cut blue sapphire of approx. 2.24 ct. flanked with diamonds totalling approx. 0.50 ct. and flanked with 3 pearls to the bottom and 2 pearls to the side. L. 4.2 cm. 12.5 grams. Accompanied by The Gem & Pearl Laborratory report No. 20483 stating that the blue sapphire is Natural, Thailand origin, No evidence of heat treatment was observed.
