A VICTORIAN ENAMEL, PEARL, SAPPHIRE, RUBY, AND DIAMOND INSECT BROOCH, CIRCA 1880-1900

A Victorian crescent moon and insect brooch with blue plique-à-jour enamel wings, a pearl body, and a cabochon sapphire. The tail is set with rubies and rose-cut diamonds, with additional diamonds on the crescent. The enamel is in excellent condition.
