A MAGNIFICENT VICTORIAN CERTIFICATED NATURAL SALTWATER PEARL AND DIAMOND BROOCH

natural saltwater pearl and diamond brooch, exquisitely designed as a ribbon-tied floral spray suspending a pear-shaped openwork pendant set throughout with old-cut diamonds, centering a certificated natural saltwater pearl with an additional pearl drop. Mounted in silver on gold. Length 7.6 cm. Housed in its original antique fitted box. A superb example of late 19th-century craftsmanship, combining intricate detail with rare gemological quality. Accompanied by a certificate confirming the natural saltwater origin of both pearls.
